Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated § 6-51-104, this shall serve as notice of the proposed annexation of approximately 4 acres located off Highway 68 as described as any unannexed portion of Tax Map 023, Parcel 056.09 in the annexation resolution enclosed herewith to which is attached a map of the area proposed for annexation and a plan of services.
